PRESENT IN THE MOMENT IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BE...linear time is man made and an illusion. Present Time is where past, present future happen all at one time. Learning through the wheel of karmic repetition is what linear time perception is. It is like being on a merry-go-round, for awhile it is fun and exciting and because some of the horses go up and down you think you are going somewhere. Pretty soon the scenery gets boring as hell...Karma, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction...
DHARMA is when you grab the brass ring and pull yourself out of the wheel and you land , stationary , in the middle of the wheel..you are no longer along for the ride the wheel keeps on turning but you are now in the middle...it is when mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically you are PRESENT..all of the bodies are connected and in the moment...this is when miracles can occur....you no longer walk away and think I wish I would have said this, or done that...when you are Present you complete that moment with no need to repeat it.
One of the best movies ever made that explores this is the movie "Groundhog Day"..it didn't matter what he did, until he got the lesson he would wake up and it was a variation of the same lesson...this is what your life is like...look back from the time you were born, also look at family patterns that seem to repeat over and over again.
That is the beauty of the transformation of Katherine...out of the unfinished emotions that were affecting her present life...into understanding and healing the past..but now dwelling there. Bringing it into her present wonderful family and life and integrating it all....I will tell you what I saw ....within weeks she looked 15 years younger, she lost weight (not that she was over weight) a youthful glow surrounded her. Gone was the heavy, depressed dark cloud that had followed her around in this life.
I had been worried for awhile because it took her awhile to mourn the past and Rudy's death...and her past identity...it was such a sad and tragic story, that had not had a proper closure...as good as she looks now and did even then..when she was stuck in the past she looked drained and full of despair...like she quotes in the blog I finally said to her (I am a very blunt reader when I have to be) "Katherine, you've got to realize that the past that you are so desperately trying to hang onto is DEATH, IT'S OVER, LET IT GO.
It is a message to all BE HERE NOW...dwelling in the past mistakes, sorrows, regrets, grief, shame and fear will kill you...forgiving yourself and others and ACTUALIZING UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND TRUTH WILL HEAL AND IS THE KEY TO LIFE...
Being here in Hollywood as I write this Rudy of course is so happy....I have had tremendous breakthroughs with healing the past and being present in the few days that I have been here...miracle after miracle...and why because I am CHOOSING TO BE PRESENT..we must use our FREE WILL..and Co-create with Spirit...what an exciting time to be alive...
